I have been going to Julie Ann and her team for almost 7 years I would never go anywhere else ! It’s by far and beyond the most special place for any treatments. I payed £40.00, for a facial for my granddaughter, that was not even finished, then was scolded by the therapist about my granddaughters behaviour for the last 10mins of treatment. Would it not of been easier to call me back in and let the friend wait outside, all in front of clients. Very disappointing.
