Will very rarely write a review but I'm so impressed by the response to my emergency call out this morning that I have to tell the world! It's Saturday morning, it's -1 outside and I've left voicemail messages with at least 7 different local boiler repair people. I was preparing myself to ride out the weekend curled up in front of the oven, then Chris from Roysia returned my call and within an hour the boiler was fixed. Excellent communication, efficient, caring, and very polite too. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you!
